wbs-Retro Rules of Conduct

wbs-Retro is a community on the Web. While we set the standards for what is acceptable here, we must all take responsibility for the quality of our experience. In this spirit, we have drawn up some rules to help everyone understand what is acceptable and what is not acceptable to do on wbs-Retro.

1. Pornographic and obscene images are not permitted in public rooms.
2. Offensive and indecent handles are not allowed and will be blocked.
3. Harassment of another wbs-Retro member on wbs-Retro is not permitted.
4. Do not disrupt the flow of a discussion by repeatedly posting the same message or image or posting excessively large images.
5. Impersonation of others, including a wbs-Retro employee, representative, or another wbs-Retro member, is forbidden. Handles that impersonate will be blocked.
6. wbs-Retro may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of wbs-Retro for adherence to these Rules or other wbs-Retro rules that may be published from time to time. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to distribute your content, wbs-Retro is acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and wbs-Retro is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content or activities in a chat room.
7. It is wbs-Retro's policy to respect the privacy of its Members. wbs-Retro will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your private communications unless required to do so by law or in wbs-Retro's good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on wbs-Retro; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of wbs-Retro; or (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of wbs-Retro's Members or the public.
8. You and any person who have access to your Account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content. wbs-Retro does not pre-screen Content as a matter of policy, but wbs-Retro reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in wbs-Retro's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies wbs-Retro has in place at the time.
9. You or wbs-Retro may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. Once your Account is terminated, you cannot engage in member activities on wbs-Retro in any manner or for any reason without the express written consent of wbs-Retro, and you cannot assist in enabling a terminated member's access to wbs-Retro using or via your Account.
10. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, wbs-Retro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use wbs-Retro.
11. You expressly agree that use of wbs-Retro is at your own risk. wbs-Retro expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. wbs-Retro makes no warranty that wbs-Retro will meet your requirements, or that wbs-Retro will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through wbs-Retro.
12. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of wbs-Retro is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results in the download of such data content.
13. In cases where you have allowed any other individual to use your Account or have negligently made your password publicly available, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such user; (ii) controlling the user's access to and use of wbs-Retro; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse. You further recognize that you, as the holder of the Account, are entirely responsible for activities conducted through such Account.
